Hello from Afghanistan! | Introductions | M1A Forum

First, hello to everyone on the forum.  I am currently deployed to Afghanistan, but will cycle back to the states shortly.  I call NM home.  I currently do not own a M1A rifle, but I am going to get one (I really like the Scout version) upon my return to the USA.  I found the forum while researching the M1A, and thought that the knowledge found here would prove an invaluable resource to a M1A novice like me.  I own several military-style firearms, and thought it was time to move up on firepower.  I am looking forward to learning as much as I possibly can from everyone here.  Like I said, I am a firearm lover, but an M1A novice.  Hello again to every one here!
