Cool I got the same result from using an oil based paint pen.

i got the same results with nail polish, same method. was thinking any type of crayon or wax pen would melt with heat and make a mess instead.

How do you seal the “China White” so that it will last?

  6. Kelly Jones says:

    That’s what I’m wondering.

  7. Donald Ornelas says:

I was thinking the same thing. I wondered if a clear coat of nail polish would work and also had the same concern as Cuz Says about wax melting only I didn’t think of using something else in the first place thought of sealing the wax. To both seal in the china white and prevent melting. anyone tried it yet?

Marines get the same effect with a white crayon on the elevation and windage, also used to mark your zero.
