The national Match has a glass lined barrel that has to be changed every 2500 rounds. the loaded has all the same internal parts but the only difference is the synthetic stock and the glass lined barrel. I would go with the loaded personaly, you have the option to compete and a good rifle just to take home and to some shooting. depends on what you are wanting to do. They say that a scope should cost almost if not more than the rifle....I hope not more than this rifle....
