I just mounted a Leapers UTG handguard with full top rail on my Springfield standard model. I placed my Nikon Monarch red dot sight on the very back of the rail leaving about 3/8" from the front of the ejection port. Could the cases possibly clip the rear lens upon ejection? This is my first time to do this and would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
